Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders ship within one week of purchase. You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships. Pre-order items, like some of our hats, are noted on the product page and take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached. Email us with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we will swap it if the item is in stock. The same unworn, tags-on conditions apply. If something arrives damaged or wrong, let us know and we will make it right.
